Alrighty, I got a BIG journal to put up now, so here it goes. This is all in regards to what happened to me, , and this, or this past weekend while we were at AX. And again, PRETTY long, so you can totally skip all of it if you’d like XD

Just so you know, I updated these day by day, so all of this would be from me the day it happened, just in case it sounds kind of weird when you read this XD

Day 0-Wednesday

Well, the first day, being last Wednesday, I had to stop by Let’s place first to pick him up, but wouldn’t you know it, the minute we drive to pick up Rai from the airport, we hit god-awful traffic, all because some idiot crashed into a truck or something, how original huh? So it took us awhile to get there, but we did, and luckily we found him as soon as we entered, what luck. So after that, we thought we might as well go pick up our badges, maybe there was a chance we could get them now without any problems…..WRONG!!!! I didn’t think it was possible but the line was freakin long to get the badges, so we just waited until tomorrow, we would’ve starved if we stayed. So we just went back to Let’s instead, had a hell of a time with Rai over, watching him draw was really something, best decision to wait to pick up the badges tomorrow, or else we wouldn’t have had as much fun as we did.

Day 1-Thursday

Went to pick up our badges this morning, and wow, we got in there so much faster than yesterday, great choice to go today in our part, picked up our badges, decided what to do first, grabbed lunch, since we were hungry at the time, headed back and went to go see Morikawa, for those who don’t know, he’s the voice of Sephiroth, that was pretty badass. XD After that, we finally had the chance to go to the artist alley and pick up some SWAG along the way, Rai got a TON of stuff XD Let got some stuff, and, well, I didn’t get too much, we have 3 days left to look around so there’s plenty of time X3 Since nothing big was gonna happen at the Expo that day, we decided to go check in our hotel room, gotta say it’s pretty nice, and the AC, aaaaahhhh, SO great We didn’t get much of a dinner going, just snacks and junk, yeah, dinner of champions eh? XD And that was pretty much it for that day, quite first day for us, can’t wait till tomorrow ^^

Day2-Friday

Hmm, well, not as great a day as I would’ve hoped for We left for the expo a little later than usual, at around like 10 or so, and that was cost us a good parking spot near the entrance, gave us a good walking distance, like we need that already XD At least today Rai happened to commission two people today to draw his Kakudo, the first guy got his done like…mm, in half-an hour or so, and we picked it up. Gotta say I didn’t really think that one was too great, I mean it’s good but…eh, oh well. The second guy though, can’t WAIT to see how his comes out, judging from his work he has posted around him, this one will be AWESOME! X3 We walked around some more, trying to find something interesting to do, or a good even to cover, but sadly we didn’t make it to them in time, though not a whole lot happened that day either way So we just left AX for the day, though I was really hoping to get into some Copic tutorial sessions, but we missed them, so….phooie! Next day though I’m POSITIVE will be a blast!

Day3-Saturday

Oh god a freakin BLAST indeed! XD Went to go pick up Rai’s commission, and holy shit folks, it was SO AWESOME!!! Rai says he’s gonna post it sooner or later, but man, it was truly wicked to look at, no joke! XD We managed to pick up some more SWAG today, not a whole lot since we were low on money, but enough for all three of us to commission one person, LOL XD Oh, but I think the big turn for the best today was seeing the creator of Trigun and director of the new Trigun movie (YES MOVIE!!!), Yasuhiro Nightow and Satoshi Nishimura. I gotta say, it was really fun hearing them talk about how it all started and what’s next for them. =3 And we got to see Kari Wahlgren today too, man that was fun, she’s still as amazing as ever ^^ *for those who DON’T know, she’s the voice of Haru Haru Haruko from FLCL, badass show XD, or you may know her as Lady Ashe from Final Fantasy XII * Though we all missed one of the biggest events we’ve been dying to see, and others apparently, the BlazBlue X Guilty Gear and Daisuke Ishiwatari sessions, I don’t know how the hell we missed those *except for the Trigun panel happening at the same time as the BlazBlue event, those morons* but I’m sure we missed out on something fantastic *sigh* and I really can’t say when there’ll be a next time, but damn it there will be! Only one more day left, sure hope we can make the best of it before we go our separate ways…T.=.T

Day4-Sunday

Well, can’t really say too much about the last day We tried to see if our commissions were finished, but apparently only Rai’s was finished, and his came out pretty damn cool too, so now me and Let will have to wait for them…truly a bummer. But in the end, and for the most part, this truly was the greatest time of my life, I have never had so much at such an event, and I owe it all to Rai and Let, without them, it would never have been so exciting, so next year, all three of us are gonna totally let loose!

Well, I believe that’s all I have in regards to my AX journal, but from what I’ve seen in my messages, I got A LOT to check back on, as well as to reply to, so I’ll be sure to do that whenever I can, it’ll take me QUITE some time, so….eheh, don’t expect me to reply immediately, but I will try my best to get to it. Oh yeah, and I do have quite some pics to submit as well, they didn’t come out too well though, thanks to them being taken on my phone, so the quality may be crap, but you can still see them in the very least, so expect those soon everyone =3

Oh yeah, earlier today, after my shift at work *EARLY shift*, I took Rai back to the airport we picked him up from, and again, hit traffic, not too surprised, but I never thought we would’ve made it in time, but I’m glad we did. I helped him out with his stuff while walking through the airport until we ran into the bag checking area, where you needed a ticket to go through, and he was the only one with a ticket….so yeah, I had to pretty much say my goodbyes and walk off before I got in other peoples way…I sure hope you made it back safely bro.
